TREASURE CONTRACTING · UPDATED OCTOBER 21, 2026

Your information,
handled with care.

This policy explains how Treasure Contracting, an owner-operated business based in Oshawa, Ontario, handles personal information provided through this website.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project city or postal code, service selection, project description, and privacy acknowledgement. Please share only the information needed to discuss your project; do not include sensitive financial or identification information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand the work you need, prepare an estimate where appropriate, and communicate about your project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare provides website hosting, server-side request processing, and Turnstile spam protection. Resend processes email delivery, and our business email provider stores and processes the inquiry in our mailbox. These providers may process information outside Canada. Turnstile and hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and security signals to protect the website. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, manage project discussions, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us about information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for ongoing work or recordkeeping requirements.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising pixels or analytics by default. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser signals for spam protection; infrastructure providers may use technology necessary for security and delivery. External links, including Instagram, are governed by those services’ policies.
